The college aims to provide all first year students with a place in either a shared twin or single room in college but in exeptional circumstances may not be able to do so. Owengate rooms are housed in a collection of townhouses on a cobbled street owengate leading down from palace green.

These centrally located bed and breakfast b b rooms are a cost effective alternative to staying in a cheap durham hotel. The college provides accommodation for 337 undergraduates. We have 33 shared twin rooms and the remainder of our rooms are single rooms.
